something rotten in the state of Kiwiland.
the local rag fill of dire warnings about drought and imposing water restrictions and at the same time the parliament is being told that it is not possibble to impose a tax on water exports.
There seems to be a disjunction here that i snot being explained to the people of this country.
Any explanation is wrapped up in double talk that is not possible for the ordinary person to decipher.
Are we masters in our own house or are we not?
That is the question!
This woman is Jennifer Sara from the world bank who is an expert on water.
Maybe we need her to come to New Zealand and sort out the problem of who gets what how and why?
